Victoria Karelia’s commendation by the President of the Hellenic Republic

Victoria Karelia, the honorary president of the Kalamata Lyceum Club, was awarded the Gold Cross of the Order of Beneficence for her overall services to civilization by the President of the Hellenic Republic, Mrs. Katerina Sakellaropoulou. During the ceremony which took place at the presidential palace, reference was made to her contribution to the rescuing and enhancement of our popular culture mainly through her 53 years tenure at the Kalamata Lyceum Club.
